Kirila Earthworks Inc. is a union signatory, woman owned, site, utility, and stormwater management contractor located in Bowie, Maryland with over 30 years in the industry. We are the “go to” stormwater management contractor in Prince George’s County specializing in all types of BMP’s.  We are well versed in new pond creation, pond retro fits, sand filters and micro-bioretention’s.   We self- preform all aspects of the BMP from initial Erosion and Sediment controls to final clean up and concrete sidewalk repairs.  We pride ourselves in tackling the hard projects for the Clean Water Partnership in Prince George’s County.

Our crews are skilled in the installation of both wet and dry utilities in multiple aspects and applications of the industry.  From waterline to sanitary to duct banks at data centers, we preform all aspects of the utility scope.

 As a site development contractor,  Kirila Earthworks will execute everything from Clearing, Erosion Controls to the Earthwork, Grading to Final Stabilization and Hardscapes.  This keeps the project  with one “Ground Down” contractor responsible for "Turn Key" projects.
